Who is your Real Estate Insider?

Real Estate is a locations and numbers game but its also a business of people and relationships. Knowing who your Realtor is outside of the office and how they came to be where they are today can help you decide if they are a good match for you. By selecting a professional that matches your style and that you have a good rapport with, you set the foundation of a successful transaction.

By luck of the draw I was born inside the "beltway" at Alexandria Hospital. I spent much of my early childhood being raised in Northern Virginia where I attended George Mason University. After college my first stop landed me in New York City. There, between my auditions and small acting roles, I began my Real Estate career. My ambitions eventually led me to Los Angeles California and the US Virgin Islands before bringing me back to Washington DC in the Spring of 2007. Considering myself a Washingtonian, I have always referred to DC as my home.

With an eight year tour in the Army National Guard, including active duty time, and homes as varied as the culture of the District, I've approached life with a "get it done" perspective.

My interests involve outdoor activities including Rowing, Ultimate Frisbee, Softball, and for some throw-back grade school fun, Kickball. I am also currently training for my first triathlon and learning to play tennis.

From my first entrance into Real Estate during my time in New York City, I've continually been drawn to the profession. I've worked as an Agent in the Big Apple and Pasadena California. Having experienced both coasts and the cultural differences that come with each cities' distinct personality, I've acquired the skills to work with a multitude of personalities.

With additional experience in the Graphic Arts, including web design and photography, I bring a unique and useful skill set to my profession. From advice on staging and preparing a home for sale, to negotiation tips picked up over the years, my eclectic experience has helped my clients over come the hurtles that arise in almost every transaction. From first contact to the settlement table, I bring a wealth of experience for the benefit of my clients.
